Etsy delivers a digital download link the moment your payment clears. You'll get a Google Sheets template link inside the download — copy it to your own Drive and you have your own private version. Excel-compatible versions are included where available.
Every template is built native in Google Sheets — that's where it works best. Most also include an Excel-compatible export, but a few advanced formulas behave better in Sheets. Each listing tells you exactly what's in the box.
Per Etsy's policy on digital downloads, refunds aren't automatically available — once you've downloaded the file, it's yours. That said: if a template doesn't work the way the listing says it will, email support@templatetent.com and we'll fix it or refund it. We'd rather you be happy than be right about a policy.
Yes — every improvement we make to a template is included free, for as long as we maintain it. We post updates to the Etsy listing and email registered buyers when a new version ships.
You can use any template for your own business and for your direct clients (e.g., bookkeepers using a template to manage a client's books). What you can't do is rebrand them and sell them as your own product, or distribute the files publicly. See the Terms of Service for the full license.
For industries where it matters (cleaning, landscaping, hospitality, gig work), yes — every label, formula name, and instruction has been translated by a native Spanish speaker, not run through a translator. There's a language toggle at the top of the sheet.
